Application Process

The Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy participates in PharmCAS (Pharmacy College Application Service), a centralized application service provided by the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy to colleges and schools of pharmacy.

STEP 1:  Complete and submit the online PharmCAS Application. (The application cycle opens in early June every year.)

STEP 2:  Submit PCAT scores directly to PharmCAS (not to ETSU). Use PharmCAS code 104.

Important:  Enter your CID (your PCAT identification number) on your PharmCAS account set up so that your scores may be matched to your application.

STEP 3:  After ETSU receives your application from PharmCAS, you will receive an email from us. This email will provide you with the link to our brief, online Supplemental Application. The non-refundable application fee is $50.

Important:  The Admissions Committee will not review your file without a completed Supplemental Application.

STEP 4:  Monitor your PharmCAS Application to ensure that your references have submitted their letters to PharmCAS.
